1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of aurorra.earth (“Aurorra”, the “platform”). By using the platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Aurorra is

Aurorra is a research platform for holistic medicine. We collect published scientific research, organize it by conditions, botanicals, modalities, and traditional systems, and present plain-language summaries alongside links to the original papers. Over time the platform also hosts profiles of verified holistic practitioners and reviews from their clients.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on Aurorra is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on Aurorra creates a doctor–patient relationship. Research summaries are educational descriptions of published studies — studies can be early, limited, or later contradicted. Reviews are individual personal experiences, not evidence that a treatment will work for you. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here, and if you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Reviews and content you submit

• Reviews must describe your own genuine, firsthand experience. Fabricated, incentivized-without- disclosure, or defamatory reviews are not permitted.
• By submitting a review you grant Aurorra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share it on the platform under the attribution option you selected.
• Reviews are moderated before publication. We may decline, edit for safety (never for substance), or remove content that violates these Terms.
• You may request removal of your review at any time by contacting us.

6. Practitioner listings and verification

Practitioners listed as “verified” have completed our identity and credential checks. Verification is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of outcomes. Practitioners are independent providers, not employees or agents of Aurorra. Any engagement you enter with a practitioner — including services, payment, and outcomes — is solely between you and them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass others;
• impersonate any person, practitioner, or organization;
• scrape, bulk-download, or resell platform content or data;
• probe, disrupt, or circumvent the platform’s security or access controls;
• submit content that infringes someone else’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, its summaries, and the Aurorra name and marks belong to Aurorra or its licensors. Research papers referenced on the platform belong to their respective publishers and authors; we link to the original sources. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep summaries faithful to their sources, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, current, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurorra and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the platform, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any practitioner. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or one hundred US dollars.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 8, 9, and 10) do survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
